So we finally got away for a weekend. Brock and I celebrated our 12th anniversary in lovely upstate New York. We went for a scenic drive, stayed at a lovely hotel and had dinner at the Olive Garden. I should mention that all five kids were with us so...the drive took forever and we shared our bed with at least two kids, and we had dinner with about 14 relatives!! We finally got a chance to attend a relatives wedding (we have missed the last few). Dana and Kevin are a GORGEOUS couple and we wish them all the best. It was so nice to get to see everybody (well at least some relatives) and it really was a nice quick getaway. The kids did really well (except in the car--watch the blog for an upcoming "our new car" post). Anyway, here are some pics of my beautiful family..
